1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the websites, subdomain portals, and software infrastructure operated by InfiniSolve AI LLC ("InfiniSolve AI," "we," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Autonomous AI Growth Engines & Services

InfiniSolve AI provides turnkey Next.js lead generation infrastructure, automated speed-to-lead telecommunication agents, and marketing accelerator programs. Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information and fulfilling services for leads delivered.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All custom codebases, design frameworks, branding assets, AI ad prompt vaults, and proprietary workflow blueprints remain the sole intellectual property of InfiniSolve AI LLC unless explicitly granted under a client license agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

InfiniSolve AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from ad platform policy changes, third-party API outages (Meta, Klaviyo, Zapier, Twilio, Close CRM), or local business performance variations.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
